The load entry process is centralized on a single screen. Customer, Bill-To, Shipper, and Consignee accounts are easily searched and brought into Load Entry along with account-specific tariffs, accessorials, minimums, and discounts. This greatly reduces chances for lost revenue and minimizes the need for additional billings. Accuracy is further enhanced with automatic mileage calculations from ALK's PC*Miler or Rand McNally's MileMaker interfaces. In addition, you can pre-assign trailers as well as set pickup and delivery appointments prior to dispatching. All this from a single screen!
The dispatch software is designed to give dispatchers and load planners the information they need with clear and concise screen presentations. The dispatching console displays assigned and unassigned loads in such a way that operations can easily stay on top of what's happening. Simple drill-down tools allow access to load and trip details, appointment information, and specific location details. The integrated resource management and scheduling capabilities allow for up-to-the-minute tracking of drivers, trucks, and trailers. Seamless integration with PC*Miler, Qualcomm, and PeopleNet provide routing options, mileage calculations, graphical display maps, and real-time tracking of every move. In addition, ROADVision's exclusive real-time Costing Analysis, with a single click, will give you the ability to gauge the profitability of a trip before it even begins. All of these proven features insure that your truckload operations will operate more efficiently by maximize asset utilization and reducing empty miles. ROADVision Truckload Operations dispatch software seamlessly integrates with our full suite of EDI options. Loads can be automatically created from EDI 204 transactions. Shipment tracing information can be transmitted with EDI 214 documents and customers can be billed with EDI 210 electronic invoices. All of this helps eliminate costly errors. In addition, all of the other outstanding ROADVision modules are tightly integrated with Truckload Operations, including Document Imaging, Fuel Tax, Driver Settlement, Accounts Receivable, and OS&D/Claims.
