At the end of every sale, a box appears with six options. The options are: Next Sale (the default), Print Receipt Again, Print Receipt on Slip, Print Invoice, Gift Receipt, and Gift Receipt on Slip.
Exception:
If you have changed information during the course of a transaction (i.e., changed quantity of an item being purchased, removed an item or tender from the sale, etc.), a small message box will appear, asking if you want to actually end the sale. If you do, the standard end-of-sale box will appear. But if you select "No", you are taken back to the POS screen for the current transaction.
Next Sale is generally what you will choose. This simply clears the screen, readying it for the next transaction.
Print Receipt Again does just what it says. It prints another copy of the receipt.
Print Receipt on Slip prints the receipt on the slip printer.
Print Invoice prints the transaction information on larger paper, using the normal printer.
Gift Receipt prints the gift receipt on the receipt printer.
Gift Receipt on Slip prints the gift receipt on the slip printer.
