Mileage calculations are provided automatically as each Pro/Load is entered into the system. Dispatchers can optimize a multi-stop trip with a single click. Need to know where a consignee is located? A button in Location Maintenance displays a detailed map from PC*Miler. Graphical maps and detailed driving directions are provided in Dispatching for each trip. Route summaries are provided for your drivers during the settlement process. All of these functions help eliminate unnecessary miles, save your dispatchers and drivers precious time, and ultimately save you money.

Another important area where ROADVision's open architecture proves invaluable is in the area of mobile messaging and GPS fleet management systems. ROADVision's built-in user interface is practically invisible to the dispatchers but provides valuable, up-to-the-minute communications with your trucks and drivers. Precise GPS tracking lets you pinpoint any vehicle at any time. Trip information can be updated automatically. Important text messages can be sent to and from your drivers at any time. Our user interface can support multiple mobile communication integrations to Qualcomm OmniTRACS, PeopleNet, and XATA OpCenter.
