The Customer Service Module has been designed to help you provide fast and accurate answers to your customer inquiries. Tracking shipments is an essential part of customer service and ROADVision provides the sophisticated tools you need to do the job. The shipment tracking program offers a wide variety of search a retrieval options. Real-time integration with dispatching, imaging and mapping provide you, and your customers, up-to-date and complete information on every shipment.
The Customer Service Model also includes a Quick Rate form and a comprehensive Quotation program. Quotes are saved in the database and can be automatically recorded into Pickup Orders and subsequently into Freight Bills – seamless integration reduces time and errors. Pickup order calls from customers can be easily entered and are simultaneously forwarded electronically to dispatchers, or optionally, printed on T-Cards. Both pickup and delivery appointments are efficiently managed and controlled.
