Transportation Accounting

ROADVision’s Billing, Cash Application, Interline A/P and Driver Settlement modules provide seamless interfaces to a number of best-of-breed packages suitable for transportation accounting. These packages include Microsoft’s Great Plains Accounting, Sage’s MAS90/MAS200 & BusinessWorks packages as well as Intuit’s QuickBooks software.

In addition, a generic Excel file export utility provides an interface to many other popular Windows based accounting systems.

ROADVision’s Billing program will automatically allocate revenue to any number of designated G/L departments and/or revenue accounts for posting to General Ledger. Cash deposits can be posted to varying bank accounts. Payable entries derived either from Interline A/P or Driver Settlement can be similarly designated and mapped to various G/L accounts. You also have the ability to feed “transaction” level detail to your favorite A/R, A/P and/or Payroll systems.
