A basic function of enterprise level trucking business software is accounts receivable. ROADVision’s comprehensive A/R module provides capability for item level cash application, bank deposit reporting (with posting to 3rd party accounting packages), aging analysis, collection tools, and past-due customer statements. This module is tightly integrated with the billing and imaging modules to provide timely, accurate information with the push of a button. You can view the details of an individual freight bill, display the scanned image of a proof of delivery or drill down to see the historical allocation of a previous payment.
Control of payments for a group of bills contained within a Summary Invoice (i.e., Statement), or payment to an individual freight bill, are handled with ease. Unapplied cash controls and a "wash balance" feature simplify the process of cash application. Access to customer A/R status is real time. The tools to manage and improve collections are at your fingertips.
As with each module in ROADVision, the Account Receivable program offers a complete suite of Crystal reports. You will have all the data and analysis needed to manage and control your accounts. The ability to print, fax and email statements and other information will become indispensable.
