Trucking Software
A fully integrated module in ROADVision’s suite of trucking company software is the Claims program. This comprehensive program is designed to be the "control center" for all potential, open and closed claim activity. The program is integrated with ROADVision's Billing and Imaging modules as well as Microsoft's Office suite. Having all supporting documentation at your fingertips along with a complete audit trail of activity will not only make your job easier but will ensure you pay only fair amounts for valid claims.
All activities and documentation relating to each claim are easily maintained and accessed as needed. Digital images can be captured and catalogued. Documents of all types (e.g., Word, Excel, or Text) can be attached and edited as needed. Built-in printing, faxing, and emailing capabilities speed the process of communicating with all parties involved. On screen inquiries and Crystal reports help keep you up-to-date on the status of all claims and pending liabilities. The integrated Claims module is a valuable component of ROADVision's suite of trucking software.
