For the EDI parameter fields listed below, make sure the values are as follows for Ingram:
In the Vendor San field, the number should be: 1697978
In the X12 First Stamp field, be sure to select: 00401
In the X12 Second Stamp field, be sure to select: 003060
For the fields under the FTP section . . .
In the Remote Host field, the address should be: ftp1.ingrambook.com
In the Remote Port field, the port number should be: 21
In the Remote In Directory, the directory should be: incoming
In the Remote Out Directory, the directory should be: outgoing
Ingram does not currently use a Remote Out Directory Ext., so the field can be left blank.
Any fields on the Ingram EDI parameter page not referenced above need to be filled in as well. For guidance, please refer to the EDI Parameters documentation.
