On the lower right of the POS screen, there are six menu choices, all listed under "Menus." These menus provide kickoff points to various functions within POS. The six menus are as follows. . .
Find Menu: This calls up a menu that lists several Finder menus. Simply click on the Find menu you need and proceed.

Notice the difference between "Find Product," "Find Service," and "Enter Product" and "Enter Service." "Find" Product or Service will simply call up the Find screen immediately for either a product or a service. However, "Enter" product or service will position the cursor in the first field of the upper (gray) portion of the screen, where you will need to key in a part of the product's (or service's) description and then press Enter to launch the Find screen. In other words, "Enter" product or service works identically to using the function key (Find Product or Find Service), while "Find" product or service, when selected from the Find Menu at the bottom right of the POS screen, bypasses the keying-in stage and immediately launches the Find screen for the product or service. |
Quick Keys will call up the POS Easy Lookup window, which lists all of the quick keys defined on your system, as well as all of the function keys. You can select any of the quick keys or function keys while in this window by clicking on them. (Notice at the top of this window, there is a row of the same menus available at the bottom right of the POS screen, for your convenience.)
Tenders will call up a list of all available tenders for your store. At the end of a transaction, you can select a tender by calling up this menu and selecting the appropriate tender. (Of course, there should also be function keys and quick keys for tenders, too.)
Exit (Esc): This calls up the POS Closing Menu.
Please note, some of the buttons in the POS Buttons section of the screen will be duplicated in some of these menus. In other words, there are often multiple ways of selecting the same POS function, for your convenience.
